Hello, I’m Annica.

I offer a calm, grounded space for you to talk through what you’re experiencing and come back to yourself.

This work draws on personal development coaching, counselling practices, and a psychological understanding of how we respond to relationships when we feel unsafe or overwhelmed.

This is work I’ve lived.

I understand the heartbreak, the anxiety, the overthinking, and the loneliness that can come with losing yourself in a relationship, or across multiple relationships over time.

There’s a lot to process, and it can feel overwhelming when you’re in it.

As you talk, I will gently guide the conversation, helping you see things more clearly and understand what you’re experiencing.

A space to explore what’s happening in your life, what is and isn’t working for you, and practical ways to move through it in a healthy and supportive way.

This is a space held with compassion, kindness, wisdom, and strength.

A space where you can speak openly, without judgement, and be supported in a way that is grounded, honest, and truly in your best interests.

Not just to feel better in the moment, but to understand what you’ve experienced, reconnect with yourself, and feel able to move forward in a way that’s right for you.
